I absolutely LOVE Milly’s Bakery!! Not only did our cake look amazing, taste delicious (lemon cake with a strawberry filling and buttercream frosting) she is creative and gives outstanding customer service. I’m a customer for life. Best Tres Leches cake I’ve ever had. So delicious. Perfectly sweet. Simply beautiful. (I did not ask for any extra decorations, just white and simple with happy birthday written in green.) Frosting is not traditional buttercream. It’s more like a thick smooth cool whip (but better of course), which I prefer- to balance out the sweetness of the vanilla flavor and milk soaked cake. Absolute perfection! “Milly” I believe is the woman, she was delightful to work with and efficient. I will order again.
Found this bakery on a walk through West St Paul. Milly was very sweet and welcoming. After talking with her for just a couple minutes, it is clear she takes pride in her work and loves sharing her passion. The Chocoflan dessert is fantastic! Will be going back here. :)
Milly's makes the most delicious wedding cakes! Her decorating ability was very impressive, but the options and flavors really set up apart. Because her prices were reasonable, we were able to afford a large 4 layer cake for the price of a much smaller cake at similar bakeries. She also took great care to match the decoration color to the color swatch from the bridesmaid dresses. We ended up deciding on four different deluxe cake flavors for each layer of the cake: Red velvet with fresh raspberry filling, a soaked Kahlau cake with and Kahlau cream filling, an Mexican orange cake with pecan filling and chocolate with cherry. Her Kahlua cake is especially fabulous. We like to order it for special occasions! Take a break from the ordinary and enjoy some truly tasty cake flavors.

My son turned 21 and we wanted to get him a fun age appropriate cake. My cousin referred me to Milly’s Bakery and on a weeks notice she was able to put together a delicious masterpiece! We went with her recommendation and did the white cake with Ducle De Leche filling. The cake was moist, and the filling was so good! We got so many wonderful compliments on the flavor, textures as well as the design! If you are looking for perfection then look no further, Milly is your girl! Bought some cupcakes and they were delicious! The German Chocolate cupcake was light and airy. The frosting was well balanced and not too sweet. Milly was super kind and welcoming.

10 out of 10!!!! See photos! Great customer service, I was given exactly what I asked for. The cake was made in record time as I asked kinda last minute. Very good pricing honestly would have paid more for how prefect it came out. My daughter was so happy and impressed I was champion parent at her sweet 16!
